# Product Metrics works with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Lightspeed and Shopware 6.

On every platform, purchases reach Google Ads and Meta from your own domain, confirmed from the shop’s own order data, marked new or returning, with their profit.

## Five platforms, one pipeline. Each installs its own way.

How Product Metrics runs on each platform:

| Platform | Install | Tracking endpoint | Consent | Cost price |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Shopify | Shopify App Store app with a theme app embed and a checkout Web Pixel | Shopify app proxy under /apps/ on your store domain | Shopify Customer Privacy, mapped to Consent Mode v2 | Cost per item on each Shopify order line; Shopify Payments fees as charged |
| WooCommerce | WordPress plugin from the WooCommerce.com Marketplace or your Product Metrics workspace, plus a one-time setup token | A WordPress REST route with a random name on your own domain, signed and relayed server-to-server | Cookiebot, OneTrust, Usercentrics or Osano, as Consent Mode v2 signals | WooCommerce cost of goods, or a product field you choose |
| Magento | Module from the Adobe Commerce Marketplace, as a ZIP or with Composer, plus a configuration file and Magento cron | Script and collector on random paths on your own domain, served by the module | Cookiebot, OneTrust, Usercentrics, Osano or your own setConsent call | The item cost stored on the Magento order |
| Lightspeed | Lightspeed listing, or connect in Workspace → Ecommerce Platforms with your Lightspeed API key and secret | A relay on your Cloudflare zone serves script and collector on random paths on your shop domain | Cookiebot, OneTrust, Usercentrics or Osano, as Consent Mode v2 signals | The cost price on each Lightspeed order line |
| Shopware 6 | Plugin from the Shopware Store or as a ZIP upload, then the storefront URL and a one-time token | Script, collector and identity routes on a random path of your own domain | Shopware’s own cookie manager, or a consent tool you choose | The purchase price stored on each order line |

## What is the same everywhere. Whichever shop you run.

- **Endpoint on your domain.** Tracking runs on a unique endpoint on your own domain, and auto-rotates if it is ever blocked.
- **Orders from the shop.** Purchases are confirmed from the shop’s own order data, not trusted from the browser. Refunds adjust later.
- **Consent first.** Consent starts denied and is read from your consent tool as Consent Mode v2 signals.
- **New or returning, with profit.** Every purchase is marked new or returning, with its profit and lifetime value, in conversion actions Product Metrics manages.

## Pick your platform. Setup, endpoint, consent, orders and costs.

- [Shopify](https://www.productmetrics.io/platforms/shopify): Install the app from the Shopify App Store. Orders go to Google Ads and Meta from your own store domain, with profit from the costs you keep in Shopify.
- [WooCommerce](https://www.productmetrics.io/platforms/woocommerce): Install a WordPress plugin and paste a token. Orders go to Google Ads and Meta from your own domain, with profit from your WooCommerce costs.
- [Magento](https://www.productmetrics.io/platforms/magento): Install the module for your Magento version, OpenMage included. Orders go to Google Ads and Meta from your own domain, with profit from your Magento costs.
- [Lightspeed](https://www.productmetrics.io/platforms/lightspeed): Connect your Lightspeed eCom shop. Orders go to Google Ads and Meta from your own shop domain, with profit from the cost prices in Lightspeed.
- [Shopware 6](https://www.productmetrics.io/platforms/shopware): Install the Shopware 6 plugin and paste a token. Orders go to Google Ads and Meta from your own domain, with profit from your Shopware purchase prices.

## Questions about platforms. Short answers.

### Which ecommerce platforms does Product Metrics work with?

Shopify, WooCommerce (WordPress), Magento (1.9 and OpenMage, 2.0 and 2.4), Lightspeed eCom (C-Series) and Shopware 6.

### Do I need a developer?

Not on Shopify, WooCommerce or Shopware 6: you install an app or plugin and paste a token. Magento needs someone with access to the server for the module, its configuration file and cron. Lightspeed needs access to the Cloudflare account that serves your shop’s domain.

### Is Product Metrics a feed tool?

No. Keep your feed app or extension for getting products into Merchant Center. Product Metrics adds server-side purchases, new-customer and profit conversions, and product segments written to Merchant Center labels.

### Does Product Metrics send data to Google Analytics 4?

No. It sends conversions to Google Ads and Meta. Your Google Analytics setup stays as it is.

### Is Product Metrics an attribution tool?

No. It sends every confirmed purchase to Google Ads and Meta, with consent, so their bidding learns from all of them. It doesn’t share credit across channels.
