Where to find the payload in DevTools.

  1. Step 1

    Open Network

    Open DevTools on the storefront and go to the Network tab.

  2. Step 2

    Filter requests

    Show Fetch/XHR and Other. The SDK posts events as text/plain with fetch or sendBeacon.

  3. Step 3

    Find the event

    The collector path is opaque and rotates. Look for a POST whose body starts with 2.

  4. Step 4

    Copy the body

    Open Payload, choose view source and copy the whole string.
