Full Signal Tracking gets through every ad blocker. It runs on a unique endpoint on your own domain that auto-rotates if it is ever blocked.
How Full Signal Tracking worksWin new customers
Google AdsMetaEach purchase is marked new or returning, with its lifetime value, so Google Ads and Meta can tell first orders apart and bid for new customers.

Your endpoint runs on your own Shopware domain. Three storefront routes, one random path.
The plugin adds three storefront routes under a random path on your own domain: one serves the script, one collects events, one hands over the logged-in customer. Collected events are signed and passed on to Product Metrics. An adblocker sees a request to your own shop.
The script is not published in Shopware’s public bundle folder, and the tracking routes are never cached.
- Adblocker benchmark: which blockers stop the standard Google tags, tested with the real extensions.
Consent comes from Shopware’s cookie manager. Statistics and marketing, separately.
The plugin adds its own group to Shopware’s cookie manager, with separate statistics and marketing entries. Statistics becomes analytics storage, marketing becomes the Google Ads signals, all as Consent Mode v2. When the visitor changes their choice, Product Metrics reads it again.
Use Cookiebot, OneTrust, Usercentrics or Osano instead? Choose it in Product Metrics and it takes precedence. Until the visitor chooses, everything stays denied.
Orders come from Shopware, not from the browser. Native refunds included.
When an order, its line items, transactions, deliveries or refunds change, the plugin notes it. Product Metrics then reads the order through a signed request to your shop: lines, transactions, captures, refunds and the customer. That read is what reaches Google Ads and Meta.
Shopware’s own refund records become a refund on the same order, and a cancelled order is marked cancelled. A daily check over the last seven days picks up anything missed.
Shopware’s purchase price becomes profit per order. As it was when the order was placed.
Shopware stores the purchase price on each order line. Product Metrics reads that stored price, not the product’s current one, so a later price change doesn’t rewrite past profit.
Product Segmentation works on ROAS straight away. Connect margins to switch it to POAS.
- Break-even ROAS calculator: the return each product needs from its price and costs.
New customers are marked before Google Ads and Meta see them. Per sales channel.
The plugin looks for an earlier paid order in the same sales channel, by customer account or by guest email. The first paid order makes a new customer; every later one is returning.
Each purchase reaches Google Ads and Meta marked new or returning, with its revenue, profit and lifetime value. In Google Ads, that is eight conversion actions Product Metrics creates and manages for you:
- Product Metrics - New Customer
- New Customer Profit
- Returning Customer
- Returning Customer Profit
- Revenue
- Profit
- Revenue LTV
- Profit LTV
Product Metrics shows nCAC, what you pay for a new customer, per product and as an average, so you can increase priority on products that bring in first orders.

Shopware 6 conversion tracking for Google Ads. Confirmed from the order, sent from our server.
The usual Shopware setup sends the purchase to Google Ads from the finish page with the Google tag. When an adblocker stops that tag, the conversion is lost.
With Product Metrics, each purchase is confirmed from the Shopware order and sent from our server to Google Ads, with Enhanced Conversions and Consent Mode v2. It runs next to your current tag.
Shopware and Google Shopping. Keep your product export, add the signal.
Your Shopware products reach Google Shopping through a product export or feed in Merchant Center. Keep it: Product Metrics is not a feed tool.
Product Metrics adds product segments by clicks and return, written as Merchant Center labels that your Shopping and Performance Max campaigns use, and every Shopware order sent back to Google Ads with its profit.
- Product Segmentation: products segmented by clicks and return, written to Merchant Center labels.
Requirements and limits. What to check before you install.
- Shopware 6.7 with PHP 8.2 or later; the plugin is built and tested on 6.7.14.0.
- One sales channel per installation.
- The scheduled task runner and the message worker running.
- A storefront reachable over HTTPS without redirects.
